Who we are
Our firm operates as a private practice and has recently expanded its cooperation network, combining advice to clients with collaboration with the European Central Bank and security bodies in the crypto-asset sector to combat online scams.
We are lawyers and financial analysts active in the European Union, Luxembourg, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. We assist individuals, families and businesses with financial disputes, suspected fraud and matters involving crypto-assets.
Our approach combines legal and technical analysis: identifying the competent court, authority or intermediary requires reconstructing the path of the funds. This reconstruction must be documented in a form that enables banks, exchanges and authorities to act.
